About
My current mental health scores show that I have PTSD, moderately severe depression, social anxiety, and addictions (caffeine, sugar, and screentime). Plus, I’m 28 years sober.
Most days I lean as far as I can into my edge. It takes awareness and a solid team of friends. Making pictures, therapy, good friends, mindful eating, breath, and movement all remind me that each moment alive is extraordinary. Even the painful ones.
Life, as you know, is joyful work and serious play. Unless it isn’t. If you or someone you love is having trouble coping, DO NOT TAKE IT LIGHTLY. The resources below can help.
